Jersey Shore's Sammi ‘Sweetheart' Giancola Addresses Pregnancy Rumors
Jersey Shore's Sammi "Sweetheart" Giancola is responding to fan speculation that she may be pregnant.
After attending Jenni "JWoww" Farley's wedding to Zack Carpinello, the MTV star, 39, decided to post photos from the celebration.
"Congratulations to such a beautiful couple, we are sooo beyond happy for you guys!" Sammi wrote via Instagram on Thursday, June 25. "To many years filled with love, newlyweds ♥️🥹🥂 @jwoww @zackclayton."
While the post was thoughtful and innocent, some of her social media followers began to speculate that Sammi could be pregnant as she wore a sheer floral dress.
"Guys, I'm not pregnant again," she later wrote in the comments section. "It's so hard to lose this baby weight!"
In August 2025, Sammi and her husband, Justin May, gave birth to a baby boy named Vincent Keith May. She documented her road to parenthood on Jersey Shore: Family Vacation and continues to participate in the final season, which is currently airing on MTV.
While Sammi received speculation from some followers that she was expecting again, others were quick to defend the reality star.
"Let your body heal! You look beautiful as always," one fan wrote in the comments section. "You don't need to focus on the superficiality of this world. Enjoy this time with your baby and hubby."
Another supporter added, "Girl, I don't think you look pregnant at all. You look amazing!"
Sammi and her husband were just some of the Jersey Shore stars who got to experience Jenni, 41, and Zack's surprise wedding in New Jersey earlier this week.
Guests arrived at Madison Modern Social in Old Bridge, New Jersey, on Wednesday, June 24, thinking they were attending a special screening of Jenni's new movie, Nanny Cam.
Little did they know that a secret wedding ceremony was about to go down.
"After all these years together, being able to celebrate our love surrounded by the people who have supported us throughout our journey meant everything," the couple said in an exclusive statement to Us Weekly. "The day was filled with laughter, happy tears and so much gratitude. We couldn't be more excited for this next chapter of our lives."
Other costars in attendance included Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi, Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino and Deena Nicole Cortese.
"The reality is less than 50 people were invited, and these 50 people would f***ing go to jail for me," Jenni shared via Instagram on Thursday when explaining her guest list. "These 50 people, I could call, and they would bury a body."
