Adwerx announces deal with giant real estate agency Keller Williams

Real estate advertising company Adwerx has forged a special relationship with giant real estate agency Keller Williams.

Durham-based Adwerx announced Monday that Keller Williams, which boasts more real estate agents in the U.S. and around the world than any other agency, has named Adwerx an approved vendor.

The deal provides discounts to Keller Williams’ U.S. agents when they use Adwerx to advertise their services. Nearly 2,500 Keller Williams agents already have used Adwerx, said Molly McKinley, director of corporate marketing at Adwerx.

Keller Williams has 123,413 U.S. agents.

Privately held Adwerx aims to make it easy for agents to post basic online awareness ads that highlight the agents and their contact information. It currently works with more than 20,000 agents who pay a monthly fee.

Adwerx has relationships with a number of real estate agencies, including Berkshire Hathaway, RE/Max and Century 21.

Adwerx, which spun out of Durham’s ReverbNation with 21 employees in January, has 40 workers today.
