Teddy bear hunts? Community feeds? Tell us about acts of kindness in coronavirus outbreak.

Social distancing and online gatherings are the new norm. People are being asked to isolate to stop the spread of the coronavirus.

But people are resilient. Amid the uncertainty and anxious times, people are holding socially distanced get-togethers. They’re putting teddy bears or drawings in windows for kids to spot on walks. They’re going grocery shopping for their neighbors or making meals for those who can’t venture outside. They’re buying coffee for people behind them in the drive-thru.

We know there are silver linings out there while we stay at home, things that people have done to make us smile. Share your stories with us. Fill out the form below or email metroeds@newsobserver.com with the subject line “Acts of Kindness.” Tell us what you’ve seen and how we can contact you. If you have a photo or video, send that along, too.
