Ice Spice Slapped by Fan in Disturbing Viral Video, Lawyer Says

Ice Spice was slapped by a fan in a disturbing viral video while dining at a McDonald's, her lawyer says.

The video, which was posted by TMZ, shows the woman approach the booth where Ice Spice was dining with a friend. She exchanged words with the singer before allegedly attacking her. According to TMZ, the incident occurred on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at a Hollywood McDonald's.

Ice Spice's Lawyer Says the Attack Was 'Unprovoked' & Police Were Contacted

According to TMZ, the fan appeared to be trying to sit with Ice Spice and her friend, which the singer didn't seem open to. That's when the incident escalated.

Ice Spice's attorney, Bradford Cohen, told TMZ that the attack was reported to police. "The unprovoked attack on my client has been reported to the LAPD and we will be pursuing any and all avenues to hold the perpetrators responsible for their actions, including criminally and civilly. We are also exploring holding the location responsible for their lack of appropriate security."

"We will be pursuing any and all criminal and civil avenues to hold the perpetrators responsible for their actions," Cohen said to Billboard.

The attorney continued: "Not to mention that the individuals involved obviously did not realize that we would get the video from inside the McDonald's where the unprovoked attack occurred. They then turned their cameras on after the initial attack as if to set our client up, and as they say on the video to ‘go viral.' The only thing that will be going viral for them is their mugshots."

Ice Spice "pointed at the door seemingly in an effort to get" the fan to leave, People reported, confirming that the singer was "slapped" during the incident.

"Where you from?" the fan repeatedly asked, according to Billboard. Ice Spice responded: "I'm from McDonald's.

The video shows a man appearing to pull the fan away from the booth as Ice Spice jumped on tables to escape. According to TMZ,a second video appears to show Ice Spice with a phone, discussing the incident. That video, which shows the incident continuing in the middle of the street, also went viral.

"The video then cut to another clip of the group crossing the street, during which a second fight broke out after Ice Spice appeared to be attacked again," People alleged.

According to Billboard, Ice Spice allegedly said in the video at one point, "On your momma, let me fight her."

TMZ Also Talked to the Fan Who Is Accused of Slapping Ice Spice

TMZ also obtained a video interview with the fan in question, whose name was given as Vayah.

Vayah told TMZ that Ice Spice "was very rude to her when she tried to politely show her love for the star. She says Spice called her a 'b****' -- and she slapped the rapper for it."

According to TMZ, Vayah "admitted to approaching Ice Spice again after hearing the rapper talking a 'whole lot of mess.'"

Ice "hasn't released any new singles in 2026. Back in December, she teamed up with TOKISCHA for 'Thootie,'" Billboard reported.
