Greensboro SpringHill Suites by Marriott hotel sold for $12.6 million
The SpringHill Suites by Marriott property in Greensboro has been sold for $12.6 million to an affiliate of Atlanta-based Noble Investment Group.
A Guilford County Register of Deeds filing Wednesday lists NF V Greensboro LLC as the buyer of the property at 505 Hickory Branch Road.
The seller is BHG-SHS of Greensboro LLC of Fargo, N.D.
The hotel debuted in April 2019. It is located off N.C. 68 just south of I-85 near Piedmont Triad International Airport.
