This Bully Absolutely Refuses To Learn How To Use the Stairs and We're Losing It
Stairways can be tricky for dogs, especially those with short, stubby legs like this Bully named Nana. Her dad, Montrel, has been trying to teach her how to climb them on her own, and to say it's not going great would be an understatement.
Watch as Nana's dad tries to coax her up the stairs, and make sure your sound is on because his commentary is cracking everybody up. The last straw for her is when she takes a tumble down the stairs, which of course, is when Montrel finally gives in and does what she's been waiting for him to do!

original sound - Montrel
Poor Nana! She may never get the courage to climb the stairs on her own! We laughed when we read Montrel's caption because we could hear him saying it. "LAWD HAVE MERCY THESE STAIRS AND NANA BEEFING SO BAD BRUH." We can see why Nana doesn't like them... they tried to take her out!

If Your Dog Is Scared of Stairs, These Simple Tips Actually Work
While many people left hilarious comments, commenter@Jacc Colby shared, "I'm having the same issue with my dog..."
Dog Gone Problems shared tips to help dogs overcome their fear of stairs. They recommend using the right motivator, stating that for most dogs, that's simply not wanting to be left behind.
When you first start working with your dog, you may need to gently lift their paws onto the first step. They may try to pull their paw away; if that happens, try a partial reach without touching the paw, then retract your hand and reward with a treat. Repeat that a few times, then reach a little farther each time.
Dog Gone Problems admits it's a slow process, but keeping things relaxed and low-pressure is key because a relaxed pup is always more receptive to learning something new.
