These two cute French Bulldogs, named Milly and Tank, are displaying stubbornness in a very funny Frenchie moment, which is actually quite common.
Frenchies are known for their intelligence, but unlike Labs and Hounds, they weren't bred to be hunters and go to work for hours in fields.
French Bulldogs were bred to be your little, cute companions because humans, above all, are their main priority.
That intelligence does allow them to learn patterns quickly, but they also seek self-gratification, so they may use a bad pattern, like pulling on a leash, to get somewhere they want to go faster.
This is stubborn behavior, but trainers say this can be rectified if the pup learns the right pattern and motivation.

Their mom refers to both of them as Velcro dogs.
Tank is the dark gray one, and Milly is the lighter blond one.
From another video, it sounds like the family had Tank first and decided he needed his own dog, so they got Milly, and they both turned out to be the sweetest Velcro dogs.
Their mom just converted their back patio into a garden, so these guys will have plenty more dreamy sun spots to fight over.
