Netflix users have less than a month left to watch every season of a crime drama show on the streaming service. The former AMC series 61st Street is set to exit Netflix's media library in a matter of weeks.

What's on Netflix'sKasey Moore has reported on a long list of shows and movies that will soon be exiting Netflix in America. According to the outlet, the two seasons of 61st Street will leave Netflix on June 16.

61st Street is a two-season show that lasted for 16 episodes in total. It originally aired on AMC, with its first season running from April 10 to May 29, 2022. The show would ultimately move to The CW for its second season, which ran from July 22 to September 9, 2024.

According to What's on Netflix, 61st Street is very likely to default to AMC+ in America after its upcoming Netflix exit. The outlet also noted that the show is one of several AMC series that will likely be making that transition in June 2026. The other AMC series the outlet noted will also leave Netflix in June are Brockmire, Dispatches from Elsewhere, TURN: Washington's Spies, Moonhaven, and The Red Road.

What '61st Street' Is About

After a black high school track star is wrongly accused of killing a police officer, he gets pulled into Chicago's biased justice system in 61st Street. Then, a public defender who is preparing to retire agrees to represent the young man and take on the corrupt system that has put him in legal peril. The show's first season focused on that legal battle and introduced viewers to the aging lawyer who is the show's main character.

The crime drama series, which was created by Peter Moffat, stars one of the most universally respected actors of his generation, Courtney B. Vance. He has won and been nominated for a long list of awards and is known for his roles in the series The People v. O. J. Simpson: American Crime Story and Law & Order: Criminal Intent. The show's other stars include Tosin Cole, Bentley Green, Holt McCallany, Aunjanue Ellis, Andrene Ward-Hammond, and Mark O'Brien.
