They say that golden retrievers are an active bunch, but they never said they were highly athletic professionals. At least that's what we learned from watching Colin, a golden retriever that is currently in a zoomies fit that's beyond hilarious to watch.

Running between their human and tight spaces, Colin takes a stab at parkour, and let's just say he's very good at it. Like most dogs, Colin's parkour moment is powered by classic golden retriever zoomies, which are a delight to view. However, what else is a dog to do when surrounded by tight spaces, couches, and their human? Turning the living room space into his own obstacle course, Colin is a one-of-a-kind pup.

Jumping onto the couch, back and forth to Dad, and running through small spaces, Colin is a natural at parkour. With uncontrollable zoomies and a smile as wide as can be, clearly, Colin is having the best time ever. His big brother, Sterling Newton? Well, the adorable golden retriever is currently taking a nice nap on the sofa while his little brother causes a ruckus.

In the comments, fans of both Golden Retrievers were having a blast with some of the classic wild dog energy. "Oh, I would love some of Colin's energy. Sweetest boys," said one viewer.

Another commenter said, "Golden Angel Energy. There So Awesome. But You Will Have A Lot Of That. Hope You Guys Are Doing Great."

Others also joked with, "Clearly laying down the 'Parkour Law', lol!"

How Much Exercise Do Golden Retrievers Need?

Golden retrievers aren't strangers to exercise; in fact, they crave it. (Well, sometimes.) An active and athletic breed, Golden Retrievers tend to need about one to two hours of physical activity a day. While some breeds are content with just a light stroll, these fluffy dogs enjoy a brisk walk, swimming, or jogging. While they love a good run and swim, it's recommended to break up sessions throughout the day to avoid any injury.

Besides physical activity, golden retrievers also require plenty of mental stimulation. Sessions of playing fetch or obedience training will help these dogs keep their mental agility at the top of its game.

Doggies like Colin enjoy a good parkour session here and there, and it's a great way to keep them physically well and happy.
