Halle Berry Mishears an NSFW Question on Daytime, and the Best Part Is She Answers It

Halle Berry is a national treasure. Not only is she an Oscar-winning actress (she's the recipient of a Golden Globe and Emmy as well), but she's also become a legend for her radiant beauty that doesn't seem to lose its shine. Additionally, thanks to a funny NSFW moment on an episode of Today with Jenna & Sheinelle, she may be able to add amateur comedian to her resume.

Now, to be clear, it's not as if Berry was on the daytime show using primetime language or doing racy antics. However, the moment came when the X-Men actress thought she heard a wild question, which, to her credit, she answered anyway.

No, Halle! Jenna Said, "Biggest Ick"

Berry stopped by as a guest on the live taping of Today with Jenna & Sheinelle on May 28. Things were going perfectly fine until co-host Jenna Bush Hager asked Berry one particular question in a segment titled "Pink Chair Questionnaire." Hager simply asks Berry, "Biggest ick?" A confused Berry turns to look at Hagar and hesitantly repeats, "Biggest Ick?" Hagar, with a little more clarity, responds, "Ick."

Immediately, Berry starts laughing, realizing she completely misheard the original question. As she gasps and giggles, she states, "I thought. I was like what?" Hager and other co-host Sheinelle Jones look gobsmacked and also join in the laughs. When Berry further inquires if the question sounded like what she assumed it did, Jones quickly says no.

Going along with the joke she mistakenly made on air, Berry actually answers the NSFW question. She names her Grammy-winning fiancé, Van Hunt. You can check out the whole exchange in the clip Berry posted to her own social media account.
