Nichole Dailey appointed vice president and business development officer at Peoples Bank
Peoples Bank has welcomed Nichole Dailey as vice president and business development officer. Based in the Catawba Valley region, Dailey will support the bank's growth efforts in Newton, Conover, Claremont and Hickory by building strong relationships with local business owners and connecting them with tailored financial solutions.
"Nichole's extensive experience and relationship-focused approach make her a tremendous addition to Peoples Bank," said CEO Bill Cable. "Her deep understanding of the local market and commitment to serving others will positively impact the businesses and communities we serve," according to a news release from Peoples Bank.
Dailey brings more than 20 years of banking experience, including leadership roles with other financial institutions. Throughout her career, she has specialized in business development, lending, deposit growth and client relationship management, consistently helping businesses grow and succeed.

"Throughout my career, the most meaningful part of banking has been building lasting relationships and helping business owners navigate growth and opportunity. I'm grateful for the opportunity to continue serving the Catawba Valley community alongside a team that shares those same values."
Dailey is actively involved in the local community, currently serving on the Executive Leadership Team for the Catawba Valley Heart Ball and as a board member for both the Western Piedmont Symphony and The Weaving Place. She has also been involved with Leadership Catawba and the Catawba County Chamber of Commerce.
She earned her bachelor's degree in international business from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.
A native of Catawba County, Dailey resides in Conover with her two children. Outside of work, she enjoys staying involved in her children's activities and spending quality time with family.
