Mom Keeps Promise To Buy Her Rescue Golden a Louis Vuitton Collar
Most dogs respond well to positive reinforcement, which is why using treats while training them can be so effective. Treats are usually of the edible variety, but this dog mom decided to do things a little differently to reward her rescue dog for a major milestone.
Sweet Jolene, the Golden Retriever, was presented with a pretty swanky gift when she mastered walking on a leash outdoors with her mom, and her new accessory is making everyone jealous.

In this TikTok video, dog mom Emily Ann explains that when she first adopted Jolene, taking a walk in public was a struggle, so she joked that she would buy her a Louis Vuitton collar if she could master their walk home from the coffee shop without making her spill the coffee she was holding along the way.
It may have started as a joke, but Emily decided to keep her promise to the Golden Retriever, and now, the day for them to celebrate Jolene's achievement has finally come.
As soon as Jolene was wearing that collar, it was like she totally understood she was wearing something designer. This girl looks good, and she knows it!
Even better, though, was the sweet note her mom wrote for her to go along with the collar, turning the whole thing into such an emotional moment. "Jolene, you have worked so hard on your manners, and I am so proud of how far you've come. Mom is finally delivering on her promise. I love you," said the note.

Jolene might be starting a trend, because more than one fellow dog parent commented to say that they're seriously considering buying one of these luxe collars for their own pups.
Another one joked, "Thanks, now my dog wants a Birkin because he's been a well-behaved dog since day one."
All pups deserve Louis Vuitton collars of their own. And Birkins, too-all the better to hold their favorite toys.
