Schnitzel sides from J. Betski's

The Austrian Potato Salad that J. Betski's served alongside their schnitzel tasted just like my grandmother's potato salad. I've never been able to duplicate those flavors, so I'd love to have J. Betski's recipe, if you can convince them to share it. -- B.A., Cary

Todd Whitney, executive chef at J. Betski's (10 W. Franklin St., in Seaboard Station, Raleigh; 833-7999; www.jbetskis.com) is happy to oblige. Whitney also shares his recipe for the schnitzel's other accompaniment, Dill Cucumber Salad.
