The Florida-based burger spot was established in 2011 and has since expanded to more than 75 locations domestically and internationally. This will be the fourth in North Carolina.
‘Get ready for a burger revolution’
“We are excited to open our second location in Raleigh and continue growing in a city that truly embraces high-quality food and great experiences,” Andy Rooney, BurgerFi franchise owner, stated in a release.
“The Wakefield / North Raleigh area is a vibrant community that I grew up in and around, and we look forward to welcoming guests with our chef-driven menu, premium ingredients, and the signature BurgerFi hospitality guests across North Carolina already love.”
Made and prepared with fresh ingredients daily, BurgerFi’s menu is full of burgers, hand-breaded chicken, fries, onion rings and custard shakes, plus seasonal treats. Prices vary but entrees start at $7.99, kids meals start at $8.29 and combos start at $13.38.
An official opening date has yet to be announced, but it’s expected to open this month, according to the restaurant’s website.
