A look inside HGTV’s Smart Home in Raleigh
If you want to win a high-end North Raleigh home, new car and $100,000, this is your chance.
HGTV chose Raleigh as the location for its 2016 Smart Home giveaway, which highlights the latest trends in energy efficient, technology-equipped homes.
The more than 3,000-square-foot home, tucked away in northwest Raleigh, in a new infill subdivision by Triangle builder Homes by Dickerson. The address is 7421 Haywood Oaks Dr.
The total prize package is valued at about $1 million and includes the home, furnishings, a 2016 Mercedes-Benz GLC and $100,000 from Quicken Loans.
