Crossroads Plaza shopping center in Cary sells for $91 million
Kimco Realty Corp. has acquired the Crossroads Plaza shopping center in Cary for $91 million, according to property records.
The seller was Atlanta-based Ronus Properties, which has owned the property since it opened in the early 1990s.
The 670,000-square-foot outdoor shopping center at U.S. 1 and Walnut Street includes more than 60 stores and restaurants, including Best Buy, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Toys ‘R Us, Old Navy and Marshalls.
