New Triangle development hosts stores and restaurants, including a bar/arcade + bagel shop
A new mixed-use development coming to the Triangle is filling with restaurant and retail tenants.
Cobblestone Village, located near Main and West Young streets in Rolesville, will include 188 residential units with one-, two- and three-bedroom floorplans when construction is completed. Currently, only some of the residential units are move-in ready.
While stores and restaurants have already been announced for the development, more are to come.
Here’s a list of businesses opening at Cobblestone Village. (This list will be updated as we learn more.)

Artisan Beer & Cheese opens at Cobblestone Village
Husband and wife Brian and Chelsea Jenzer hope to soon open Artisan Beer & Cheese, a new restaurant serving beer, wine, cheese, crackers and other charcuterie items, they told The N&O in a phone call.
Though this is their first time owning a business, the Jenzers have a background in the restaurant industry. Brian worked for Giorgios Hospitality Group for the past six years, including as a sous chef and chef partner, and has been in the industry for nearly two decades. Before starting a remote job, to allow her to stay home during the day, Chelsea worked in restaurants in Vermont, New York, California and North Carolina, at Standard Beer + Food.
A couple of years ago, Brian had an “epiphany,” called his wife and told her he thought it was time for them to begin their own business.
“We’ve always liked just snacking on cheese, charcuterie, crackers, drinking good beer,” Brian Jenzer said. “And I thought it was something that we could easily do with our background.”
They envision the place to welcome all sorts of groups. It will be family friendly, with snack options catered to kids. But it could also host get-togethers, with plenty of indoor, bar and patio seating. They’ll also offer Wi-Fi and charging outlets for guests looking for somewhere to work.
Artisan Beer & Cheese will serve beer from out-of-state and in-state breweries, including Salty Turtle Beer Co. and Wake Forest’s Blackbird Brewery.
Customers can also order boards with cheese, meat, crackers and condiments, along with grilled cheese sandwiches and a daily rotating sandwich. If there’s a cheese or meat that strikes their fancy, they can order larger portions of it from a deli counter. Artisan Beer & Cheese will also have a retail component, stocked with grab-and-go foods and beer, wine and nonalcoholic drinks.
“We want to, you know, expose people to cheeses that they wouldn’t normally buy in the store, but they could come and sample and try at Artisan, get some funky beer, some cool wine,” Chelsea Jenzer said.
Artisan Beer & Cheese will open 11 a.m.-9 p.m. Sunday-Thursday and 11 a.m.-10 p.m. Friday-Saturday.
Arcade games & bar food comes to Rolesville’s Cobblestone Village
Triangle resident Reggie Henriquez spent nearly two decades in car sales before deciding to start his own business and open Pixels Bar + Arcade at 100 Bluestone Crossing Road. This family- and Latin-owned bar and arcade will span 5,200 square feet, housing a full bar and plenty of arcade games, such as Guitar Hero, Dance Dance Revolution, Donkey Kong, pinball and Skee-Ball.
Pixels will serve specialty cocktails and beer. The food menu features classic bar food such as wings, loaded tots and pretzels, plus empanadas. There are a few meal options for kids, too, who are allowed as long as they’re accompanied by an adult (21 years and older) until 8 p.m. daily, when Pixels turns into an adults-only establishment.
The gaming-inspired decor includes a giant, lit-up Tetris wall, a bathroom with nods to Mario and a Pac-Man wall behind the bar, Henriquez told The N&O over the phone.
“When you walk in, you hopefully be kind of blown away by what you see,” he said.
An opening date hasn’t been announced yet, but Henriquez said he’s hoping for early January 2025.
Clothing & gift shop moves to new Rolesville location
Local Charm Boutique, a women’s boutique founded in Rolesville in 2018 is moving to Cobblestone Village, owner Jenn Bernat told The N&O in a phone call.
While the new location’s opening date hasn’t been set, Bernat said she’s hoping for an opening in December. In the meantime, customers can buy from the boutique’s website.
Local Charm Boutique was previously in a space on Rogers Road, but Bernat said the business outgrew it. The new store, at 116. S. Main St., is twice as large as the old one, at 3,000 square feet.
The bigger footprint will allow Local Charm Boutique to begin stocking men’s clothing under a new brand, Oak & Pine. Local Charm will continue to sell women’s clothing, jewelry, gifts and home decor, and offer spray tanning.
“We love to spend time with our customers, getting to know them, talking to them, you know, finding the fit that works for them. So when they walk out, they feel beautiful and they feel confident,” Bernat said. “That’s something that we really pride ourselves on.”
All-day cafe/bakery coming to Cobblestone Village
After just over a year operating a coffee/bakery truck, Prima Cafe Co. owner Tara Robinson-Inglis is preparing to open a brick-and-mortar.
The shop, expected to open early next year, will serve coffee and espresso drinks, pastries, breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Robinson-Inglis previously worked in the construction industry, but her mother was a wedding caterer, so she was exposed to baking at an early age. Opening a bakery was one of her dreams.
“It was just something I wanted to do, dreamed up and took my shot,” she told The N&O in a phone call.
Wanting to make a career move to be able to focus more time on raising her kids, she decided to leave construction. She purchased an old pop-up camper, transformed it into an open-air truck and took it to area events, where she served coffee using beans from Durham-based Counter Culture and homemade pastries like the popular maple pecan plaits.
Shortly after starting the business, her cousin encouraged her to find a permanent home for Prima Cafe. (“Prima” is the Spanish word for a female cousin.)
She saw an opportunity to open a new dining spot in Rolesville, somewhere that would appeal to on-the-go customers and those who wanted to sit down and eat.
Prima Cafe Co. will be open 5:30 a.m.-7 p.m. Sunday-Thursday and 5:30 a.m.-9 p.m. Friday-Saturday.
