Tone will open at 2030 Cameron St. between the beauty store Aillea and Village District Nail Spa.

New Village District stores

A few locally owned and national businesses have opened at Village District in recent months.

  • Littles of Raleigh, a sister store to Littles of Cary, is the newest tenant. The boutique, which offers children’s clothing, “mom and me” wear and gifts, held a soft opening in late January.
  • Tilebar’s only Triangle showroom opened late last year.
  • Maeve, which started as a house label from Anthropologie, was spun off into a separate company, and its first ever brick-and-mortar landed at Village District in October.
  • Mr. Henry, a cocktail bar from the team behind SideBar and Hank’s Downtown Dive in Cary, moved into the old Which Wich. The sandwich shop has been transformed with dark woods and leather, dark green walls and equestrian-themed artwork. Mr. Henry began serving classic cocktails and signature drinks, plus beer, wine and alcohol-free choices in September.

The boutique Francesca’s recently closed its Village District store.
