This week’s Price Point looks at homes that sold recently for around $500,000 and found choices in Raleigh, Durham and Apex. Hands down, the Raleigh home offers best value for money in terms of lot size. It sits on three acres and includes a pool. The others are both townhomes on less than quarter-acre lots. Take a look.
