A 4,202-square-foot house built in 2022 has changed hands. The property located in the 1200 block of Winkworth Way in Wake Forest was sold on Sept. 12, 2023, for $1,275,000, or $303 per square foot. The property sits on a 1.2-acre lot.
These nearby houses have also recently been purchased:
