Raleigh man used Snapchat to solicit sex from 13-year-old, police say
A 28-year-old Raleigh man is accused of using the messaging app Snapchat to solicit a a 13-year-old for sex.
Bobby Junior Waller Plott is charged with soliciting a child by computer, a felony, according to a warrant. He was arrested Thursday at his Raleigh apartment.
Raleigh police say Plott used an electronic device to “entice and coerce” the teenager to meet him for sex. The solicitation occurred between March 26 and Sunday, according to the arrest warrant.
His bail was set at $15,000, Wake County court records show.
