Police release name of man found fatally stabbed near Carrboro Town Hall

Police are investigating a fatal stabbing in Carrboro.

Carrboro police on Monday identified a man found fatally stabbed near Town Hall last week as 50-year-old Kenneth Michael Moseley of Durham.

Mosely was found stabbed around 9 p.m. Wednesday at the Town Commons on West Main Street. He died from his injuries at UNC Hospitals, according to police.

Police are asking anyone who might have information on this case to contact Investigator Erasmo Velazquez at 919-918-7413, or Crime Stoppers at 919-942-7515.
