Who has the cutest cat in the Triangle? How to enter our contest + vote for your kitty

Think you have the finest feline around town? Now is your chance to crown your kitty in the News & Observer’s cutest cat contest.

We recently spotlighted the most adorable dog in the Triangle area. Now, it’s the time to shine for all local cat lovers around Raleigh, Chapel Hill and Durham.

Beginning Wednesday, Oct. 23, we’ll be collecting nominations before putting it to a vote.

After several rounds of voting, the winner will be announced with a feature story filled with your favorite photos of your furry friend.

How to enter our cutest cat contest

Readers should submit a photo of their cat(s) by filling out our Google Form online at bit.ly/Triangle-Cat-Contest with the following details:

  • Your cat’s name

  • Your cat’s age

  • Your cat’s favorite hobby or a fun fact

  • Where in the Triangle your cat lives

The deadline for submissions is 12 p.m. Friday, Nov. 1. Any reader can submit their cat for the contest, but voting will be limited to The News & Observer subscribers.

How to vote for your cat

Once voting opens, you may vote as many times as you wish.
