Returning Duke students swarmed cars that pulled up to drop off the new students, helping bring all their clothes and gear to their rooms.
First year student Gabriella Phillips, from Bennett, NC, appreciated the help, songs and cheers from returning students as she moved in. ÒEverybodyÕs energy is so high you wouldnÕt think it was 9 amÕ said Phillips.
