A father and son were trapped inside the truck, troopers said, and passenger Danny Wood died from his injuries. His son, not yet identified, remains in critical condition.
Charges are pending against the Tesla driver, who was also unidentified Sunday, troopers said. The driver and two children inside the Tesla were treated for minor injuries.
