Raleigh police arrested a man Wednesday in a hit-and-run crash that killed a 71-year-old pedestrian on Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard.

“Multiple cameras captured video of Bare’s vehicle traveling on roadways away from the crash location,” the release said.
