Two months after a Southwest Raleigh shooting turned fatal, two men have been arrested in Virginia in the killing.

Jayquan Montier Cobb, 30, was found seriously injured at a home in the 5300 block of Wayne Street at 9:41 p.m. on March 15, according to police. He was taken to the hospital but died three days later.

On May 22, Raleigh police and the U.S. Marshal Services found Raysean Calhoun, 32, and Anthony Jones, 32, in Virginia and arrested them in Cobb’s death, Raleigh police announced Friday. Both men are charged with murder and possession of a firearm by a felon.

Police released no other details.

Calhoun and Jones will be extradited to Raleigh, though police didn’t say when that will occur.
