Raleigh police have arrested and charged three people in connection with a shooting early Sunday in the Glenwood South entertainment district.

Investigators charged Stephan J. Bryant, 26, with assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury, inciting a riot and discharging a firearm within city limits. Jayden L. Draughn, 26, is charged with inciting a riot. Keyshawn J. Bryant, 25, is also charged with inciting a riot, the police department said in a news release.

Officers responded around 2:19 a.m. to the 400 block of Glenwood Avenue after a fight spilled into the street.

Upon arrival, they found a shooting victim who appeared to have been uninvolved in the initial altercation.

The victim was taken to the hospital with injuries not believed to be life-threatening.
