Police release names of two men killed in Friday night shooting in Durham
Duham police have identified two people killed late Friday night on North Roxboro Street as Tevin Burney, 23, and Jarrett Godfrey, 26, both of Durham.
Police responded to a report of gunfire shortly before midnight Friday night in the 3500 block of North Roxboro. When they arrived, they found two men and a woman in a car, all with gunshot wounds. Both men were pronounced dead at the scene.
The woman was taken to a hospital with what police described as non-life-threatening wounds. As of Monday morning, police have not updated her condition.
Police did not release any other details about the shooting.
