A Raleigh man is accused of fatally stabbing someone in a “domestic dispute,” the Raleigh Police Department said Tuesday.

Samuel Montrell Horne, 37, is charged with murder in the death of Antwan Ward, 49, after police say he stabbed Ward on the 4500 block of Capital Boulevard on Saturday.

Ward was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries and died from his injuries Tuesday, police said. Horne is being held without bai at the Wake County Detention Center, court records show.

The investigation remains ongoing, police said.
