A man from Rocky Mount was arrested at a Raleigh hotel Saturday on charges from Raleigh police that he had more than 10 pounds of marijuana earlier this month.

Reginald Lamont Graves, 39, of 1913 Travis Run in Rocky Mount was arrested about 8:30 p.m. Saturday at a La Quinta Inn on Summit Park Lane, according to records.

Police had charged him with one count of trafficking in marijuana. The warrant, which detectives obtained June 11, said only that they believed Graves had between 10 and 50 pounds on June 10. That weight range is the minimum necessary for a trafficking charge.

Graves posted a $200,000 secured bond and was released pending a Monday court appearance.
