It has the look and feel of an East Coast-style home, but this remarkable compound sits secluded in the rolling mountainside of Los Angeles, California, and is on the real estate market for $25 million.
The 10-bedroom, 12-bathroom estate, with its Southern Colonial-like columns and covered porches, offers sweeping views of Tinseltown and even has some heavy hitting star power to its name: The listing is held by Josh and Matt Altman, stars of Bravo’s hit realty show “Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles.”
To top it off, the compound is owned by Scottish DJ, record producer and singer Calvin Harris who bought the whopping 117,176-square-foot property in 2014 for $15 million, People magazine reported.
Harris put a lot of work and money into renovating the once “bland” features inside the ginormous estate, which helped drive up the price, Dirt reported.
Renovations included revamping the living spaces, adding skylights, a bar, wine cellar and even a dramatic marble staircase, the Los Angeles Times mentioned.
The compound sits on 2.7 acres in a secluded part of Beverly Hills and consists of five structures that include a main residence, guest home and five-car garage, the listing on The Altman Brothers Team website says. More high-end features include:

“Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles” is a long running realty show that focuses on the professional and personal lives of a handful of luxury real estate agents, two of which are the Altman brothers, according to IMDb.
