Built in 1892, the four-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home is listed on the National Register of Historic Places by the U.S. Department of the Interior and “speaks for itself,” according to its listing on Realtor.com.
The owner, Mark Minix, and his partner Blake Liles, of Keller Williams Bluegrass, are listing the 3,868-square-foot residence and purchased the home in 2019.
“It was a duplex in the ’60s, then became a single-family residence in the ’70s,” Liles told Realtor. “It fell into disrepair after that, but it has been entirely restored.”
