‘One Tree Hill’ waterfront home lists in North Carolina for $5 million. Look inside
Even though it ended in 2012, fans of the drama series “One Tree Hill” still have an extreme fascination with it, and commonly flock to Wilmington, North Carolina, where the show took place. And now, a delightful property featured in the TV show has hit the real estate market for $4.9 million.
The stunning five-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom “Mediterranean-inspired” waterfront home was a location in the hit show, which starred Chad Michael Murray, and just “underwent a massive renovation,” the listing on Realtor.com said.
Perched on one acre, the 7,075-square-foot residence overlooks Howe Creek and shares a picturesque dock with three surrounding neighbors. Despite sharing the dock, the property is considered private and peaceful, according to the listing.
Features inside the home include:
New wide plank oak flooring
Updated kitchen
Chic sliding farm doors
Fireplaces
Updated bathrooms
Spacious showers
There are also splendid outdoor features including a swimming pool, hot tub, outdoor shower and bathroom.
According to WilmingtonIsHome.com, the house was a set during seasons five to nine, and was home to Haley James Scott (played by Bethany Joy Lenz) and her family.
Wilmington is about 77 miles northeast of Myrtle Beach.
