Show house featured in magazine is up for sale in Atlanta. See why it’s a showstopper

An English Regency-style home bursting with character has landed on the real estate market in Atlanta, Georgia, for $10.9 million.

While each room is more lively than the next, the home’s style isn’t the only noteworthy claim.

The six-bedroom, 10-bathroom residence was the Flower Magazine Atlanta Showhouse in November 2022, the listing on Sotheby’s International Realty says.

This showhouse embodies impeccable design across every spectrum,” Flower Magazine founder and editor-in-Chief Margot Shaw said. “It is inviting yet tailored, fresh yet questionably timeless. It speaks to the old and the new in a truly magical way. With the quality of talent involved, it promises to be a masterpiece for the ages.”

The home comes with a wide array of features including:

  • Formal entry gallery

  • Floating staircase

  • High ceilings

  • Garden views

  • Walk out pool

  • Four car garages

  • Hardwood floors

  • Wine cellar

  • Grotto

  • Fireplaces

  • Wet bar

The house was designed by Atlanta-based architects Peter Block & Associates and built by Young & Meathe, Flower Magazine noted.

The listing is held by Betsy Akers.
