Shots fired when couple making ‘adult’ TikTok videos confronted in woods, PA cops say
Gunfire rang out when a couple making “adult TikTok content” on private property were confronted by the property owners, Pennsylvania police say.
The incident happened at about 3 p.m. Dec. 24, Christmas Eve, in Bald Eagle Township, the Pennsylvania State Police said in a news release. Bald Eagle is a roughly 190-mile drive northwest from Philadelphia.
Court records filed Jan. 3 in Clinton County show a 45-year-old man was taken into custody on several charges related to the confrontation.
The man was inside of a 2018 Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck when he was “confronted … about being on private property” by the owners, a 73-year-old man and 70-year-old woman, according to police.
“It was later learned the (man) was creating adult TikTok content for his partner in a wooded area,” police said.
More specifically, the man was recording explicit videos of his wife to post on the social media app, NorthcentralPA.com reported.
The man opened fire with a handgun while driving away from the property, police said. However, police say they don’t know what direction he fired the shots, though the owners were “still in the immediate area.”
The man is facing charges including recklessly endangering another person, trespassing, disorderly conduct and driving with a suspended or revoked license, court records show.
