10 ‘aggressive’ dogs run loose at gas station, biting people, Wisconsin police say

A woman in Wisconsin was cited after police say her 10 dogs bit people at a gas station.
Police in Madison were called to a Kwik Trip on Feb. 3 at about 6:30 p.m. for a report of loose dogs.
Ten dogs were loose at the gas station, biting people, police said.
“The aggressive nature of the animals required the use of oleoresin capsicum (pepper spray) by officers on scene,” police said.
Police said eight people were bitten, including a Madison police sergeant and firefighter.
A woman at the gas station was responsible for the dogs, according to officers. She was given 15 citations.
The woman was also previously cited after her dogs attacked two police officers in the Madison suburb of Monona in March, a spokesperson from the Madison Police Department told WKOW.
The dogs were taken to the Dane County Humane Society. No one was seriously injured, police said.
