A Maryland woman held one of seven winning lottery tickets sold in the same day from the same shop, but she didn’t realize it was a big winner until days after she bought it, lottery officials said.

The Baltimore County woman and six other lucky players won top prizes worth $50,000 in the July 12 Bonus Match 5 drawing, the Maryland Lottery said in a July 16 news release.

But the woman told lottery officials she was shocked to learn of her win days later.

“When I saw my numbers matched, I thought, ‘Are you kidding me?’” she told the lottery. “I was so surprised!”

The winning tickets were purchased at an auto repair shop in Baltimore, the lottery said.

She said she plans to share some of her winnings with her daughter and use some during a cruise vacation she already had planned, according to lottery officials.

The other six winning tickets have yet to be claimed, lottery officials said.

The winning numbers in the July 12 drawing were 8, 16, 22, 32 and 39, according to the game’s web page. The Bonus ball was 18.

Bonus Match 5 drawings are held nightly and the odds of winning the top prize per $1 ticket are 1 in 575,757, according to the lottery.
