Ivanka Trump to make second visit to NC in a week

President Donald Trump’s daughter Ivanka Trump is coming back to North Carolina for the second time in a week, his campaign announced Saturday.

Ivanka Trump, who is an adviser to her father, will visit Wilmington for a “fireside chat” with Trump campaign national press secretary Hogan Gidley. The event will be at 1 p.m. Monday in Wilmington, though no location or information for public attendance has been announced.

In an emailed statement from the campaign, Ivanka Trump said she would talk with members of the community about how her father has “delivered for hardworking American families.”

Ivanka Trump was in Raleigh on Sept. 10 to tour the State Farmers’ Market and promote the Farmers to Families Food Box program, The News & Observer previously reported.
