Here is a copy of U.S. District Judge Matthew Kacsmaryk’s ruling overturning the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s approval of the abortion drug mifepristone.

The judge put his order on hold for a week to allow time for an appeal. The U.S. Justice Department immediately filed notice that it would appeal the ruling.
