Three people are competing in the November election for three at-large seats on the Benson Board of Commissioners.
Maxine Peacock Holley is running for re-election alongside fellow incumbent William Neighbors and former Commissioner Will T. Chandler.
Current at-large Commissioner Jim Johnson is not seeking re-election
Holley was elected to the board of commissioners in 2017 as a write-in candidate, receiving 172 votes, or 29.2% of the vote.
Early voting in the nonpartisan election begins Oct. 14 and runs through Oct. 30.
