David Grady, candidate for mayor of Kenly

Three people are competing in the November election to be the next mayor of Kenly.

David L. Grady, a former mayor of Kenly, is running against H.L. (Tooie) Hales, another former mayor of the town, and Thomas Wood.

Mayor Bonnie Williamson, who took office after Grady resigned as mayor in March 2017, is not running for re-election.

Early voting in the nonpartisan election begins Oct. 14 and runs through Oct. 30.
