These are the top-ranked HBCUs in NC in 2023, US News and World Report says
North Carolina is home to the largest contingent of Historically Black Colleges and Universities in America, and many of them were recognized by the U.S. News and World Report Best Colleges rankings released Monday.
This year, the rankings used a revamped methodology, changing several factors, adding new factors, and increasing the emphasis on students from all socioeconomic backgrounds who earned degrees, according to U.S. News and World Report.
