A new report is shedding light on which areas in North Carolina have the fastest growing home prices.

Using data from Zillow, Stacker compiled a list of the priciest communities across the state “ranked by the dollar change in the Zillow Home Values Index for all homes from the 12 months ending April 2024.”

According to the report, the typical U.S. home value in April was $359,402 — about 4 percent higher than that time last year. In comparison, home values in some parts of North Carolina have jumped even more than that.
