Karen Wasick: Trump will make us safe again
I support Donald Trump for president.
Allowing for his bluntness and sarcasm to underscore his points, Trump brings to the forefront issues that are frightening and diminishing many American residents.
Trump clearly identifies our current enemy, radical Islamic terrorists. Thus, he offers plans to keep potential enemies out so that the FBI and local law enforcement can use overwhelmed resources to stop existing evil plots on our men, women and children.
The intention of “the wall” is to stop strangers from illegally entering our country where they cannot be properly vetted. Too many Americans are already struggling with heroin influx, escalating crime, falling wages and paucity of good jobs. Trump chooses to deal with our hurting residents first.
Some seek to downplay Trump’s incredible business successes. They say, “Well, his father started him out with $4 million.” Correct, but how many grew that money into the billions? And how many lost their money?
Forget gender politics. I choose a person dedicated to making America a stronger, safer nation – Donald Trump.
