William McIntyre: Athletics trumps education at UNC

A postscript to the Carolina’s Blind Side series: Ironically, those who have the knowledge of the truth and the power to make change have chosen to put athletics before education and pride before integrity.

However, I guess these individuals are products of the same flawed athletic/academic system, so should we expect better?
