Dot Hoover: Bluegrass without HB2 blues

Such a marvelous experience at the Bluegrass festival in downtown Raleigh!

As far as I could tell no one worried about House Bill 2 ... just thankful to find one of the many port-a-potties empty and fairly clean. It was no problem who had been there before or after; wish the world could operate on the same level.

The friendliness, the music and the weather was perfect. So glad this event did not cancel.
