Lynn Johnson: Increase not ‘generous’

I am a retiree from the state of North Carolina. Recently I got my official notification of my generous cost of living increase from the state, the first in four years. I’m getting a one-time payment of $82 – less than $7 a month. Doesn’t even make up for the increase in state income taxes that was imposed last year. Thanks Gov. Pat McCrory – for nothing
