Sally Wenda: Flag stomping protected

I’m livid after reading the Oct. 2 letter “A vivid illustration,” a sanction of Francis Lee’s antics in his classroom. Yes, the Constitution does guarantee us “freedom of speech.” However, it does not condone stomping on the American flag in front of a classroom of young, innocent and vulnerable youth. No apology is necessary in this case.
