Carol Aupperle: North Carolina lacks bathroom culture

One of the most visited museums in the world, the Louvre is synonymous with the best culture has to offer. Could this cultural icon be wrong and are more than nine million visitors each year putting themselves at risk?

I ask because the Louvre has unisex bathrooms with fully-enclosed stalls and common sink areas. In fact, unisex bathrooms are common in Paris. I wonder why they aren’t good enough for us in North Carolina?
